Return & Refund

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items purchased from I’m Luxurious may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must:
  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Retain all original tags, packaging, accessories and documentation.
  • Provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice or receipt).
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a return.

2. Non‐Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized leather goods (if applicable) once made to order may not be eligible for return unless defective.
  • Sale items or items marked “Final Sale” may only be eligible for exchange (if offered) but not refund, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info.imluxurious@gmail.com or contacting us at +92 370 9006253 via WhatsApp.
  • We will inspect the item and, if approved, either replace the item, offer store credit, or issue a refund (depending on availability and your preference).

4. Return Process

  • Before sending an item back, you must contact our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization and instructions on the correct shipping address.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.).
  • We recommend using tracked shipping as I’m Luxurious is not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs paid at time of purchase may not be refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
  • Store credit may be offered in place of a refund at our discretion.

6. Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item (for a different size, colour or style), please notify us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • The customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs for the exchanged item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your bank or payment provider.
  • Then contact us at info.imluxurious@gmail.com with your order number and details; we will assist you.
